Piel by Miguelina Calderon has complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believes that you will be more than delighted with your purchase.
However, we understand that sometimes it can be challenging to understand our skin type and language, which is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee return policy; 14 days after the delivery of the product. The product must be undamaged, gently used, and in its original packaging.
If you need to do a return, contact us at hello@pielbyazul.com and we will send you a return label. Note: A $7.99 shipping & handling charge will be deducted from your refund, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 14 days to process your return and issue you a refund. This is in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that Piel by Miguelina Calderon reserves the right to refuse any returns that look like it has been generously used, tampered with, or modified in any way.
